LUNCH – HAMBURGER PATTIES, BACON, 2 HARDBOILED EGGS

DINNER – STEAK COOKED WITH BUTTER, LIVER, 2 HARD BOILED EGGS

 

Wednesday:

BREAKFAST – NONE

LUNCH – GROUND MEAT AND 3-5 SCRAMBLED EGGS

DINNER – (FAMILY GAME NIGHT) TACOS, PIZZAS, BURGERS (NO BUN)

 

THURSDAY

BREAKFAST- NONE

LUNCH – NONE

DINNER – STEAK AND SHRIMP (NOT BREADED)

 

FRIDAY

BREAKFAST – NONE

LUNCH – BURGER PATTIES, BACON

DINNER – EAT OUT (ANYTHING GOES)

 

SATURDAY

BREAKFAST – NONE

LUNCH – NONE

DINNER – CROCK POT/AIR FRIED CHICKEN

 

SUNDAY

BREAKFAST - BACON AND EGGS

LUNCH – SALMON

DINNER – STEAK, EGGS, BACON
